_Laura Xicota

CEO & co-founder

Laura Xicota is co-founder & CEO at Merlin Digital Partner. She is an expert in digital talent with over 15 years in Business Development and Growth. Her previous venture (co-founder & CEO at Luxico Talent - Headhunting in Retail) has given her a broad understanding and knowledge of the Digital Ecosystem, as well as her experience as HR Manager in Chanel and Loewe, and as headhunter for Let's Bonus or Wallapop.

She loves human behaviour, by discovering the strongest soft skills with more impact and accelerating the professional success. Her interest in the digital sector has led her to become a Seed & Pre-seed investor. Speaker and Talent & People Mentor at Wayra, 5G Scale-Up Program, La Cambra de Barcelona, and Pimec.

_Cristina Rallo

COO & co-founder

Cristina Rallo is Co-Founder & COO at Merlin Digital Partner. With more than 15 years of experience as a People Manager in the IT & Digital sector. Passionate about Tech & Headhunting.
Her experience scaling Start-ups & teams has given her knowledge of all areas of the business and the ability to provide it with the right strategic vision.
She was involved in the launch, growth, and development of companies nationally and internationally: Letsbonus, Eltenedor (tripadvisor), Colvin, 21Button, ANTAI (Carnovo,Vitaance, Platano Melón, Wallapop, JustBell o Glovo). She has worked for years as a consultant and Headhunter for different Scale-ups and corporates such as Zinio, Promofarma, or Grupo Godó, as well as a People & Talent mentor at Wayra.

Our headhunting team has a large experience in digital sectors, so we have strong knowledge of the ecosystem and its needs.

We were tired of dealing with headhunters who did not understand both tech or soft skills of the positions we were working with.
